I was interested to read in today’s Independent that the Soviet Union will be installing 3 million PCs over the next five years. Surely this represents an opportunity for APL that we cannot afford to miss. Of course, this would give the Soviet Union such a tremendous advantage in 10 or so years time that COCOM may have something to say about the export of such advanced technology. Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn!!
