Michael Wheatley on the History of the APL Environment¶
A lot of really good hard 'inside information' on the early development of APL, and how it fitted in to its environment. The rationale behind the development of ⎕NA and the shared variable processors.
John Scholes on the Dyalog Session Manager¶
A really good idea, well implemented and well demonstrated. Thoroughly enjoyable.
The APL*PLUS II Product Forum¶
Again, lots of good hard information from the man who knows more about it than most. Invaluable for anyone thinking of moving to 32-bit APL.
Hands on IBM's 32-bit APL2/PC¶
A product destined to put the wind up STSC. A real joy to play with; I can't wait to get my hands on a review copy.
