June Cutts¶
Many members will not have heard much of June Cutts who was appointed to be our mailing house by David Preedy. He became Editor of Vector in 1985, but I think he made the appointment at least a year earlier, when he was acting as assistant to Robert Bittlestone, his predecessor. So June Cutts has done the job from 1983 or 1984 until earlier this year, when the job was taken over by Nicholas Small (who has taken over the job without changeover problems). June postponed her retirement for our benefit at least twice.
We are very grateful for the excellent service we have had over nearly twenty years, and the Committee has sent her a small token of our appreciation. We wish her and her family a happy and fulfilling retirement.
